Withdraw from contract

Cancel a contract – cancel an order without providing a reason within 14 days of receipt. You can do this easily online by clicking the button below or in the footer of our e-shop on the text – Cancel a contract.

Online contract cancellation is simple, just follow the instructions that will be displayed to you.

Have your order number ready. After entering it into the appropriate field, you will receive a secure link via email. By clicking on the link, you can easily cancel your order.

A confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. We will then contact you regarding the next steps.
