METHODS OF DELIVERY
1.Personal collection
Personal collection is conditional on payment to the account. After receiving the payment to our account, you will be informed by SMS that your order is ready for collection. You can pick up your order in the Argus main building from 07:00 to 14:30 at: Argus spol. s r. o. Športová 444 92201 Ostrov
2. DPD transport company
We deliver orders only within the Slovak Republic to the address specified by you. We ship the goods within 24 hours of receiving the order within working days. You will be informed about the shipment of the order via e-mail and then by DPD transport company, DPD – Direct Parcel Distribution SK s. r. o.

Through DPD, we send goods weighing up to 50 kg on working days from 8:00 to 18:00 to the address provided by you. You will be informed about the delivery of the shipment in advance via SMS / e-mail notification. Upon delivery, please visually inspect the product packaging. In case of damage, please write a complaint form with the courier - if this is possible under the given conditions, or immediately contact DPD customer service dpd@dpd.sk or our company's customer service in the contact form. B2C partners have free shipping over € 50. B2B partners have free shipping over €100.
3. PACKETA transport company
We deliver orders only within the Slovak Republic to the PACKETA address specified by you. We ship the goods within 24 hours of receiving the order on working days (not Saturdays and Sundays). The weight of the package must not exceed 5 kg. Payment on delivery is not possible. Packeta will send you information about the delivery date of your order. Online shipment tracking.

We warn customers that packages in Pickup points will be stored only 5 days after delivery to the Pickup point. On the 6th day they will be returned to Argus andits delivery agains to Pickup point will be re-charged according to the current price list.
From 01.07.2022, the rounding of payment resulting from the amendment to Act No.18/1996 Coll. on prices, will be applied when paying in cash
•If the purchase amount ends numbers one or two cents, the resulting payment is rounded down.
•If the purchase amount ends in numbers three, four, five, six, or seven cents, the resulting amount is rounded up to five cents.
•If the purchase amount ends up being number eight or nine cents, the purchase payment is rounded up.
