Return form for download and complaint procedure

You can handle a complaint in two ways:

1. The easiest way is to file a complaint through your account on the e-shop www.argus.sk, if you created it, when you order the goods.
    a) Log in to your account here, clik on order history and click at the top on the link PURCHASED GOODS.
    b) Search for the goods you want to complain and click ... Complaint.
    c) Fill in the complaint fields and send.

2. You will send the complaint directly to our e-mail address eshop@argus-sk.sk with a description of the complained form and an attached photo of the complained goods. Download the PDF complaint form for priting HERE:
