My credit card payment was not accepted... now what?

Do you also send goods abroad?
No, we do not send goods abroad. We send orders only within the Slovak Republic.

When will the goods be delivered to me?
If your order is placed on a working day before 12:30, you will receive the goods the next day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be expedition on Monday, delivered on Thuesday. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be shipped on the first business day following those holidays.
Do you also deliver on the weekend?
No, orders are not delivered or picked up on weekends.
Where can I pick up my order with the "personal collection" delivery method?
You can pick up your order every working day, excluding holidays, at the address: Športová ulica 444, Ostrov, 922 01 (our company headquarters) between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The order is ready for collection after receiving an SMS from the Argus Company.
How can I cancel my order?

Where can I go with a product complaint?
In the event of a complaint, you can use our complaint procedure and our complaint form, which you can find HERE.
When will I be refunded for a canceled order?
If the goods have not yet been unloaded, the money will be returned to you within 5 working days at the latest. If the goods have already been collected, we are waiting for the receipt of the goods. If we take over the goods, the money will be returned to you within 3 working days.
